As mentioned earlier you got the nod from your best friend and as best man you have to create the best damn bachelor party you can.  The first step you should take in the planning phase is to create the guest list. Your first list should be quite large and cover a wide range of friends and perhaps some family members. 

Once you have that list down it’s time to begin to filter out some possible members who don’t quite belong or can be a drag. We suggest keeping groups to six to ten people if possible. The party will be more intimate and there will be less people who can spill the beans about your adventures over the weekend. 

Keep in mind that if you simply can’t have a guestlist shorter than ten people we can still accommodate you with ease and without worry. Be sure to include friends the groom absolutely wants there even if you hate them with a passion. Remember it is his bachelor party, in fact you should ask him for a short list of people he would like there.

You need to take a look at that list and make sure that whoever wants to be there is reasonable, if he invites the mailman because he seems cool you need to snap some sense into him. His list needs to be logical and being his best man, you’ll probably understand why he wants certain people there. 

On nearly every guestlist you’ll always find some family members being included and red flags should be raised immediately especially if they include the in-laws. SUMMER IS BLISS IN MONTREAL

The best time to book your bachelor party is in the summertime when Montreal comes alive with festivals, street parties, Formula 1, plenty of sun and more skirts than you can handle. Not to worry if you have to have a bachelor party in winter, our city has plenty to do even if there is plenty of snow and ice-cold temperatures. 

In whichever season you chose to come to Montreal you should always try to work with us at least a month before your planned arrival. First it gives your guests ample time to warn their employers for possible off days and it allows us time to secure all your accommodations and activities. 

The last thing you want to hear is that the club is fully booked or that an event is sold out because you waited a couple days before your party dates. Get ahead of the game and we will take care of the rest. 

You must also decide the length of your trip because that will affect your itinerary. Will you be staying two nights or three? Will you land in Montreal on Thursday night and leave Sunday or land Friday afternoon and leave Sunday? Perhaps you want to watch the F1 race, so you want to stick around until Monday. All these options are great, but you need to set the length of your bachelor party to continue moving forward.

Getting to Montreal is another issue that will need to be tackled in the planning phase that depends on where you are coming from and your budget. Taking a plane is always the quickest way to travel but more costly compared to driving into the city. 

PLANES, TRAINS AND AUTOMOBILES

If you do choose to drive to Montreal please keep in mind paying for parking in your budget plans. Parking in our fair city is brutal to say the least and expect construction zones to be everywhere stealing away valuable parking spaces. 

If you fly in, you will never have to worry about parking, and we can also have you picked up at the airport by one of our limos or party buses that may and should contain strippers to welcome you into our city. 

Setting a budget is crucial to both the planning and itinerary phases of your bachelor party weekend. Always round up your estimates so you never get caught short and your guests won’t have an unwanted surprise.

Setting your budget early also helps eliminate the cheap fellas in the group who think going into their pockets is meant only for picking up lint. Your budget needs to include how much you are willing to spend on a hotel or AirBnB/VRBO and your travel cost.

In fact, it’s exhausting and hard on the body.  Your itinerary for the day needs to have one or two activities at most, especially if there is some day drinking going, you need to give the boys time to recover at one point because you don’t want guys sleeping at the club instead of picking up chicks.

Yes, in general US credit and international credit cards are accepted. If there are any doubts, we can verify with vendors to ensure no problems. We strongly suggest giving your bank and credit card companies notice of travel to avoid blocked cards and other issues.

In Quebec the legal drinking age is 18 years old.

They all close at 3am. Expect last calls at 2:50am. All patrons must leave the premises by 3:15am. 

Montreal is extremely pedestrian friendly. You can find a hip restaurant or hot strip clubs by walking a couple feet from your hotels. Uber and taxis are available 24/7. Montreal offers public transportation via bus and metro(subway) for 3$ a ride. We can arrange limo or party bus services to make travel entertaining and easy.

Unless the family members in question are totally open minded and are wild in their own right, you should never invite them. You risk creating uncomfortable situations especially if strippers and nudity happen which it will. We suggest having the party in the summer time in Montreal, but in terms of how long before the wedding we think one to 4 months works best. Creating a leeway between the bachelor party and wedding allows for proper recovery of your bodies and wallets. 

The groom shouldn’t pay for anything at his bachelor party. It is his party and we are sure he will do the same for your own bachelor party. If he does pay for something it will probably be for more lap dances.
